Micropoetry

Monosyllabic

shards of judgment

and injustice

sipped and swallowed

to ebb a life.

- @NoSylviaPlath

Gingerly,

I held my life

From the pit of my stomach

To hold and to nurture

The throbbing pulsating

Grieving mass of horrors

I bore for many lifetimes

Of faults unknown.

She gave him

All her warmth.

He twisted her insides

And pushed her

Into her grave.
